What is an ITG?
An Individual Training Grant is a Workforce1 funding mechanism for eligible participants who are approved for qualifying occupational training. Eligibility and funding decisions are made through Workforce1 and the applicable program rules.
How does enrollment work with Tribune?
Participants generally begin with Workforce1 eligibility and referral steps, then enroll into the approved Tribune training program listed on their voucher or authorization. Tribune tracks attendance, course completion and required milestone documentation.
What are training milestones?
Some ITG programs divide payment and documentation into milestones. Tribune’s current workflow may include an initial milestone tied to the first portion of training and a completion milestone tied to finishing the remaining required coursework.

What documents should students expect?
