Search your existing training record below. For your Tribune student account, use Student Login above.

Tip: Type any part of the student’s name. Use Course Type, Course, or Completion Date to narrow results.

Find & Download Your Certificate

Search by student name and optionally refine by course and completion date. Once you find your record, you can download a PDF copy of your certificate.

Type your name (partial works), select your course, and/or add a completion date to narrow results.
Validate completion
This page validates course completion dates and displays matching certificate records.
Record retention
Student records are retained for a maximum of 5 years (effective February 2026). After that, records are automatically deleted.
  1. Enter your name (and optionally Course/Date).
  2. Click Search Certificates.
  3. Open your result and download the PDF.
Tip: If you don’t see results, try a shorter name search or alternate spelling.
