Learners who do not meet the required final-exam standard receive targeted review or remediation on deficient content areas and may complete an authorized reassessment or reattempt in accordance with the course and regulatory policy.
Successful completion requires meeting the applicable course attendance or participation requirement, satisfying applicable identity or participation controls, and achieving the required passing standard on the controlled written final examination. Any separately mandated regulator or certifier requirement remains controlling where applicable.
Learners are invited to complete a post-course evaluation addressing course relevance, clarity, instructional effectiveness, materials, confidence in understanding and selecting appropriate responses based on course concepts, and opportunities for improvement.
